Ergonomics (Ergonomic Work Analysis)

A comprehensive implementation of ergonomics in a company, basically involves the following points: Correction ergonomics: acts in a restricted way, modifying the partial elements of the workstation, such as dimensions, lighting, noise, temperature, etc. Design ergonomics: interferes widely in the workplace, instruments, materials, machines, work organization and personnel training. Awareness-raising ergonomics: guiding employees on the adoption of correct postures, appropriate use of furniture equipment, implementation of breaks, rotation systems and intercalation of activities, application of gymnastics, etc. Participatory ergonomics: encourages the participation of the company and its employees through an internal ergonomics committee, where improvement actions will be discussed, evaluated and implemented.
